Before construction begins, we clear and level the work area to ensure a solid foundation for the new build. In this stage, any existing structures or obstacles are evaluated, utilities are marked, and the layout is planned. Proper site prep is essential for accuracy and efficiency in the next steps of construction.

With the site prepped and forms in place, we move on to pouring the concrete. The slab is carefully leveled and smoothed to create a strong, even surface. Control joints are added to prevent future cracking, and the finish is tailored for both durability and appearance. Once cured, this slab will serve as the solid foundation for the rest
